Heart Rate (HR)
Clinically studiedYour heart rate is how many times your heart beats per minute. A normal resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm, athletes often have lower rates (40-60 bpm), which is a sign of great fitness. If your resting rate is consistently above 100 or below 40, it's worth seeing a doctor.
Respiratory Rate (RR)

Pulse Pressure

RMSSD
Clinically studiedRMSSD measures short-term changes in your heartbeat timing and reflects how well your body can relax and recover. Higher values indicate strong recovery ability and a healthy nervous system. Low RMSSD may mean your body is under stress or not recovering well.
pNN50
Clinically studiedpNN50 tells you what percentage of heartbeat intervals differ from each other by more than 50 milliseconds. A higher percentage means your heart rhythm has healthy variation, a good sign. Very low pNN50 values may suggest your body is in a stressed or fatigued state.
SDSD
Clinically studiedSDSD measures the variation in the differences between consecutive heartbeats, similar to RMSSD. It reflects your body's ability to shift between activity and relaxation. Low values may indicate your nervous system isn't switching gears effectively.
Mean NN Interval
Clinically studiedMean NN interval is the average time between your heartbeats, measured in milliseconds. A longer interval means a slower, often healthier resting heart rate. Very short intervals (fast heart rate) at rest can signal stress, dehydration, or cardiovascular concern.
LF Power (0.04-0.15 Hz)
Clinically studiedLF power reflects a mix of your sympathetic ("fight or flight") and parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system activity. Elevated LF power can indicate stress or tension. It's most useful when compared to your HF power to understand your body's stress balance.
HF Power (0.15-0.40 Hz)
